At Rajasthan, every garment is crafted with care and inspected before it reaches you. The policy below is designed to keep the experience simple, fair and transparent for all our valued customers.


Exchange

We are happy to offer an exchange within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • 1. The original product tag remains attached and undamaged
  • 2. The garment is unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • 3. No perfume, fragrance or cosmetic product has been applied
  • 4. The garment is free from stains, marks, odour or any sign of wear
  • 5. The original packaging and invoice are presented with the item

We kindly ask for your understanding that items not meeting these conditions cannot be accepted for exchange, as they can no longer be offered to another customer.

Reporting an Issue

If there is any concern regarding size or the product you have received, please inform our helpline within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery.

Our Customer Service team will review the matter carefully, identify the issue and offer a suitable solution. In all such cases, the final decision rests with Rajasthan management.

Refund

We do not offer cash refunds on purchases made in-store or online. Instead, we are pleased to offer you the following options:

  • Exchange for another product of equal value
  • Upgrade to a product of higher value, with the price difference adjusted at the time of exchange

Delivery

We kindly request that the parcel be opened only after full payment has been made. This allows us to keep every garment in the condition it left our outlet, folded and packed to our standard.

Once an order has been dispatched and our delivery partner has arrived at your address, we request that the parcel be accepted. Should the parcel be declined at that stage, the applicable delivery charge will be payable to the rider or courier service.

To help us serve you better, we encourage you to confirm your size, product selection and delivery address before placing an order.

Your Privacy & Payment Security

Your personal information is treated with the utmost care at Rajasthan. The details you share with us — your name, contact number and delivery address — are used solely to process and deliver your order, and are never sold or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Rajasthan does not store your card or mobile banking credentials at any stage.
